The Wild Mushroom Ravioli @ Cafe Marebella is, in fact, spectacular. Carey Sewell told me so, but I had to taste for myself!
Grassroots *may* be introducing some smaller versions of their fabulous homemade cakes – if you see a slice of strawberry, or the peanut butter one, do yourself a favor and order it immediately!
–REVAMPS–
Firefly has flipped the store around, and added gobs of new wonderfulness. The kids section is now in the front, and there are sweet finds large + small! The new candles are delish – not your everyday scents, but more understated + complex. Oh! And 2 new men’s soaps – I got the black amber… you won’t regret it!
Lavish has completely re-arranged their store, and they’ve brought in some new lines, namely Juliska. They’ll have a full selection of completely gorgeous pewter, ceramics + glassware for stocking your home, or giving as gifts. Nancy (the owner) has impeccable taste, and is full of gift giving suggestions!
The Gift Shop has re-opened and if you haven’t been by yet, make time to stop in. They’ve retained their traditional style, but spiced it up with some modern offerings and a fresh new look. I love anything with dogs, and they’ve got a great selection of dog themed items – and I love the small scented sachets, they’re perfect for teachers needing a little relief at the beginning of a hectic school year!
